Qualification :-
- ITI Pass in Fitter
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :-
- ITI Pass: 2 – 3 Years
- Diploma Pass: 4 – 6 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- Hand-on experience on all types of Pumps, Belts, Conveyors, Sensors, Bearings, Gears
- Understanding of Basic pneumatic, Hydraulic and Mechanical systems.
- Should be able to identify spare parts of machines & can easily replace independently
- Read and interpret Machine Manuals, drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Working knowledge of Maintenance working tools, common appliances and devices
- Assemble and install mechanical components, systems, and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools, machinery, and equipment safely and effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensure compliances and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Preferred Candidate Profile :-
- Desired Industry : Solar / Automobile / Pharma/ Manufacturing Industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprint.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Strictly Follow all SOPs, Control Plan related to Machines maintenance, Safety
