Latest Railway Recruitment 2021-2022: Major Vacancies Announced

In addition to the general railway vacancies, the North Central Railway has also announced a significant recruitment drive for various apprentice positions. A total of 1664 posts have been released for trades such as Fitter, Welder, Machinist, Electrician, Carpenter, Painter, and several others.

The eligibility criteria for these roles include candidates who are 8th, 10th, 12th pass, or hold an ITI qualification. The selection for these positions will be purely merit-based. The age limit for applicants is between 15 and 24 years, with age relaxation as per government rules. The job location for these roles will be within the North Central Railway region. Application fees are ₹100 for General and OBC categories, while SC, ST, PwD, and female candidates are exempt from fees. The payment can be made online.
