DRDO Recruitment 2023: Direct Hiring for Project Scientist & Apprentice Posts with No Exam
The Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has officially released two new recruitment notifications for 2023. These exciting opportunities offer direct recruitment without an examination, providing a chance to secure a government job. The vacancies are open to candidates across India, with a potential salary of up to ₹70,000 per month for certain positions. Both male and female candidates are eligible to apply.
DRDO Project Scientist Recruitment 2023
The first notification from the Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) announces openings for the Project Scientist (B Grade) post. This recruitment drive aims to fill 4 vacancies.
The selection process for the Project Scientist positions will be entirely based on a personal interview, meaning there will be no written examination. Successful candidates can expect a monthly salary of ₹70,000.
Candidates applying for Project Scientist roles should be between 18 and 40 years of age. An application fee of ₹100 is required for General and OBC categories, payable online. However, candidates belonging to SC and ST categories are exempt from paying any application fee.
Regarding educational qualifications, applicants must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Master’s Degree to be eligible for these positions. The application process for these posts has already commenced online, and interested candidates can apply until September 29, 2023.
DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2023
The second notification released by DRDO is for Apprentice positions, including Graduate Apprentice Training and Technician Diploma Apprentice Training. A total of 54 posts are available under this recruitment drive.
Selection for the Apprentice roles will be based solely on merit, without the need for an examination. The age limit for applicants is set between 18 and 27 years, with provisions for age relaxation. Selected apprentices will receive a stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month. These positions are open for all-India job locations.
Similar to the other recruitment, General and OBC candidates are required to pay an an application fee of ₹100 online, while SC and ST candidates are exempted from this fee. Educational qualifications for Apprentice posts include 10th Pass, ITI, Diploma, or a Degree. Online applications have already begun, and the last date to apply for these Apprentice positions is October 6, 2023.
