Positions :- Engineer/Sr. Engineer – Electrical maintenance

Qualification :- Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 5 Years
Role & Responsibilities :-
- As per Breakdown slip to handle Break- downs of machines occurring in shift and take corrective action.
- After completion of work to take trial for proper operation of machine.
- Machine on getting ready is handed over to the production department. After machine starts
the B/D slip is duly filled and signed by the operator. - If number of breakdowns are more, then in consultation with shift-in charge maintenance is
carried out on priority basis. - Maintain documents of the machine break down for IMS/IATF requirement.
- House keeping in terms of work area and surrounding.
- Special assignments as and when allocated by Asst. manager/ Manager
- Do Preventive maintenance as per schedule & check sheet
- After completion of preventive maintenance taking trial of the machine with the machine
operator and hand over machine to production. - House keeping in terms of machine ,motor, panel cleanliness & Surroundings.
- Filling up of check sheet and maintain records.
- Filling up of non conformance record if machine is not available for preventive maintenance.
- Maintain preventive maintenance documents of the machine for IMS/IATF requirements.
- Special assignments as and when allocated by Asst. manager/ Manager
