Position :- Sr. Engineer (Sheet Metal)
Job Location :- Ranu Tech Park (Vadodara)
Salary :- 04 to 06 LPA
Qualification :- Diploma/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience :- 4 to 8 Years
Job Description –
- Familiarity with the sheet metal components manufacturing process like as laser cutting, Bending, Mig Welding.
- Responsible for sheet metal manufacturing throughout process & Resolving Production issues occurred in shop within lead-time.
- Skill wise allocation of work to technician W.R.T. Operation of fabrication.
- Control production down time & Take immediate action on rejection & rework items with closing internal memo, Maintain all production records and timely updating.
- Update KPI sheet, SMS daily, weekly and monthly production average.
- Indent tooling requirement and maintain stock.
- 5S & EHS & KAIZEN, QMS System Activity and motivate team for it.
- Monitor Model wise sheet metal scrap percentage and take action for minimize.
- Daily updating Gemba board parameter & Records extra part manufacturing.
- Provide maintenance memo to maintenance department and follow up it.
- Timely close internal and external rework memo with proper root cause.
- Maintain cell wise capacity utilizing should be more than 90%.
- Sub assembly project run smoothly in line A & B bigger part.
- Ensure drawing Revision file updating before production.
- Provide revise production cycle time data to planning.
