Job Location – Kharkhoda, Haryana

Qualification :- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Automobile Engineering
Experience :- 3 to 8 Years
Key Responsibilities :-
- Lead a team of 15+ personnel on the shop floor and address concerns promptly.
- Train and deploy manpower based on skills, ensuring optimal use of machines and equipment.
- Identify and implement quality improvements using FMEA and lean manufacturing processes (5S, 7 waste, kaizen, PDCA, 7QC, TAKT).
- Maintain a safe, clean environment, and ensure the effective use of PPEs.
- Develop strategies to minimize scrap and repairs, resolving machine and equipment issues.
- Communicate critical safety, quality, and production issues to seniors.
- Oversee engine testing processes (leak test, cold test, hot test) and manage testing facilities.
- Foster a performance-driven culture, monitoring both individual and team performance.
Competencies/Skills :-
- Expertise in manpower handling and engine & transmission assembly.
- Knowledge of process quality control, troubleshooting, 5S, and line balancing.
- Hands-on experience in production processes with familiarity in ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and proven experience in productivity improvement.
